➥ Information must be clear, accurate, easy to find, and easy to understand; arranged in their respective sections on the website and accessible online; capable of storing, printing, and displaying later; be clearly displayed to the customer before the customer submits the purchase request or concludes the contract.

➥ Minimum information about the website owner that must be published on the website homepage includes the name and address of the head office of the trader or organization or the name and permanent address of an individual; number, date of issue, and place of issue of business registration certificate of the trader, or number, date of issue and establishment decision issuer of the organization, or personal income tax identification number of the individual; phone number or another online contact method.

➥ Information on the price of goods or services, if any, must clearly indicate whether or not that price includes costs associated with the purchase of the good or service such as taxes, packaging fees, shipping charges, and other costs incurred.

3. Advantages of establishing an online sales company:
